Livelihood Programme

Pathways to dignity & independence

At Anugraha, we believe in creating meaningful pathways to independence, dignity, and financial stability for persons with disabilities. Our livelihood initiatives focus on skill development, hands-on training, and sustainable income generation through inclusive work environments.

Two pillars of our livelihood work

01

Product Making & Income Generation

Students at our centre are actively involved in producing a variety of handcrafted items. Through structured training, they learn skills in product design, crafting, packaging, and quality checks.

These products are then sold through local exhibitions, community events, and partner networks. The income generated directly supports the students — allowing them to earn while they learn and develop confidence in their abilities.

02

Employment for Adults with Disabilities

Anugraha also provides employment opportunities for adults with disabilities by engaging them as staff members at the centre. They play an essential role in day-to-day operations and support training activities for other members.

By employing PWD adults as trainers and staff, we foster a model of peer learning, leadership, and self-reliance — demonstrating the capability and potential of every individual.
