A typical day at our centre starts with exercise, physiotherapy, and meditation — grounding the body and steadying the mind. As the morning unfolds, members work on self-help skills that equip them to manage their own daily routines, while behaviour therapy nurtures emotional well-being and positive social bonds.

By afternoon, the space transforms into a hive of creativity and self-expression. Members craft beautiful handicrafts, explore hobbies, move to music, and play sport. These aren't just activities — they build fine motor skills, teamwork, and a profound sense of accomplishment. Even simple practices like keeping surroundings clean teach responsibility and pride.

Through this balance of therapy, skill-building, and creative engagement, our rehabilitation programme helps persons with disabilities discover their potential and prepare for greater independence in life.
